Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. In the event that your purchase does not meet your expectations, we’re here to help! You may return or exchange the item within seven days of the purchase. You can return your artwork for a different one, or you can have a refund to the original payment method. Please contact us via email and include a description of the issue and photos if applicable.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy: Discounted artwork is final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returned artwork must be in the same condition it was received. This is not applicable for custom or commissioned artworks. Our company won’t reimburse return shipping charges. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns except in case of broken or defective workmanship.
