THE DIVER

 A custom sculpture commissioned by a client to be installed in a 12 foot tall window in his home.

A client came to me and wanted a large 8 foot sculpture for his home to go in front of a tall 12 foot window.  He wanted it large enough to be seen from the street. We collaborated and decided on a diver but he didn’t want a classic diver pose he wanted something more free form.  Here is an image of the sculpture I came up wit.He is shown in my studio in the plasticine not quite finished yet.  I added heavy texture to the final sculpture. The small maquette is on the table to the right of him.
