Bronze sculpture of Dominic Walsh, owner and choreographer of the Dominic Walsh Dance Theater. When I was looking for inspiration for a new sculpture in my “ Dance, The Language of the Soul” series I chose Dominic Walsh because his choreography is so beautiful and always on the edge of innovation.
Dominic is an amazing dancer and I was trying to capture his passion and his vision in this sculpture, I want the viewer to look at this sculpture and be able to envision Dominic in the studio saying to one of his dancers, “Here, let me show you, it is done like this….”
